The Data Quilly provides a suite of artificial intelligence tools for content generation, business strategy, and development assistance. These tools are powered by various AI models, including Google's Gemini 1.5 Flash model.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. You are responsible for the inputs you provide to the Service and the subsequent use of any outputs.

6. Intellectual Property

As between you and The Data Quilly, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you own the content you generate. You grant The Data Quilly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your input and the Generated Content to provide and improve the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Data Quilly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service or the Generated Content.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
